How can I become a member of Treehouse?
Treehouse offers various memberships. Based on the duration you can apply for a new membership. The memberships currently being offered are:
- Life Time Membership for Ashiana Residents and Non Ashiana Residents
- Corporate Membership
- Annual Membership
What is lifetime membership?
Life Time membership gives you 40 years access to a world class infrastructure and facilities created at The Treehouse. In addition, you are entitled to get dependent membership for your spouse and children below 18 years of age.
What is the process of becoming a Life Time Member
You would have to fill in an application along with your resume and a cheque for the membership deposit. Your application will be reviewed by the club management. The club management will then call you and your dependant member/members (if any) for a one to one interview. The club management will tabulate the scores. Once you have cleared the interview stage, the club will bank your cheque, of the one time refundable deposit . you will need to sign the membership contract. You are then a privileged member of Treehouse subject to the realization of your cheque.
What is this one time membership deposit and why do I need to pay this?
This one time refundable deposit gives you the access to world class facilities and services at Treehouse. These privileges come to you for life, after paying this deposit. Also we would like to keep the membership exclusive. This deposit ensures that the club facilities are kept exclusive for the members and are not open to general public.
Do I get an interest on this deposit?
This is an interest free deposit, which gives you inflation free access to the Club for forty years.
When do I get back the interest free deposit?
The deposit is refunded to the Primary Member after completion of the term. The Life Time Membership term is 40 years form becoming a member?
Can I give up my membership?
Yes you can give up your membership; however there is a lock in period of 10 years before the interest free deposit is refunded.
What happens in case I want to give up my membership with in 10 years of getting it?
The deposit will stay with the club for duration of 10 years from the time you are given the membership.
Why is this so? Why is this money not refunded to me immediately?
The Treehouse is a world class facility which has been made keeping the exclusive interest of the members. There are limited memberships to the club, To ensure that the existing members get world class facilities and services there are some financial obligations which need to be met. In order to meet the financial obligations of constructing as well as operating this brilliant facility a ten year period has been worked out.
What is a corporate membership?
Corporate membership is for companies who want their employees to enjoy the club facilities. It is a great motivating factor and can be offered to employees as part of their compensation package.
In a corporate membership a company can nominate two of their employees to become members of the club. These employees become the primary members of the club and enjoy all facilities of the club as a primary member.
What is the procedure of becoming a corporate member?
To become a corporate member we require a Memorandum of Association or in case of a sole proprietorship, firm last three years balance sheet along with a nomination letter on companies letterhead signed by authorized signatory. The nominees for the membership will then be interviewed by the club management. Once these formalities are over the corporate membership will be offered to a company. The company will need to pay an interest free deposit after which the membership will be confirmed.
What is Annual Membership? And how do I become an annual member?
Annual membership is available to an individual who wants to become a member of the club for a period of one year. The forms for annual membership are available on the web site www.ashianagymkhana.com. You would have to fill in an application along with you resume, which will be reviewed by the club management. The club management will then call you and your dependant member (if any) for a one to one interview. The club management will then tabulate the scores based on your application and interview and offer you the membership. Once you have cleared the interview stage you will have to pay a non refundable fee and sign a membership contract. You are then a privileged member of Treehouse for a period of one year.
Is there a monthly subscription fee for using the club?
Yes there is a nominal monthly subscription fee.
Why is the monthly subscription charged?
The facilities created for the members needs to be looked after and maintained at all times. The monthly subscription goes towards the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
I am a member of the club, but I do not stay in Bhiwad, and I do not plan to use the club. Do I need to pay the subscription.
You need not pay the full subscription however; you will need to pay Rs. 600 per annum to keep your membership alive.

Who is a Primary Member?
A primary member of the club is the one in whose name the membership has been registered.
Who is a Dependant Member?
Every primary member of the club is entitled to make the following relatives his or her dependant, without paying any additional charges. Spouse of the Primary member, and their children who are below 18 years of age.
What happens to the children of a primary member who are above the age of 18.
The children of primary member who are above 18 years of age or who becomes 18 during the course of the membership will have to apply for a new membership at the existing membership rates.
Can parents of a Primary Member become dependant members?
No, parents of a primary member are not considered as dependant members.
What rights and privileges does the dependant member enjoy at the club?
A dependant member enjoys almost all the privileges of the club, subject to the rules and regulations of the club and government laws.
Can the members bring guests with them to use the facility?
By all means. The primary member and their spouse can bring in guests, paying a nominal guest charge. The member has to introduce the guests to the club authorities and pay the guest entry charges.
Can a guest come to the club without the presence of the primary member?
No outsiders are allowed in the club unless until accompanied by the primary member or their spouse.
Can I transfer my membership?
The membership is non transferable. Only in case of a corporate membership the membership can be transferred from one employee to another employee. The exception of transference of membership is also in case of death of a Primary Member.
I own a house in one of the Ashiana complexes, but I do not stay there. Can my tenant use the facilities of the club?
Yes if you are a member of the club, your tenant can most certainly use the club. You need to provide us with your property details, your club membership details and a copy of the rent agreement with the tenant. You would also need to take an undertaking on behalf of the tenant. Once we process the papers, your membership will be made null and your tenant will be able to use the club as a primary member. The undertaking is available on the club web site www.ashianagymkhana.com.
Please note that this scheme is valid only for house owners of one of the Ashiana housing projects.
My son/ daughter has bought a house at Ashiana Utsav. He has the club membership in his name. Can I use his/her membership rights?
If your son/daughter has the house in their names and also the club membership, you can use their membership after completing a few formalities. Your son / daughter will need to give the proof of property along with club membership details. They would also need to give an undertaking which is available on the web site. Once the formalities are done your son/ daughter will cease to be members and you will become the primary member.
Are their membership cards?
Yes once you become a member of Treehouse you will be issued a membership card with your photograph and membership details. This card comes with a magnetic strip. The magnetic strip has all the details of your membership. The club also gives you the convenience of cash less transactions at the club.
Do dependents also get a membership card?
Yes the primary member, as well as all dependants gets a card.
What is cash less transaction and how does it work
At the beginning of your membership tenure your membership card will be credited with Rs. 3000/-. Once you start using the card at the club, all your payments will be done through this card. There are swipe machines fitted at the cash counters of various facilities. So if you use the restaurant or any recreational facility, the club employees will swipe your card for the amount of usage. Eg if you use the restaurant and run a bill of Rs.500/- the club employee will charge your card for Rs. 500/- The balance left in your card will then be Rs. 3000 – 500 = Rs. 2500/-.
When will this amount be billed to me?
The club will generate the bills for the month on the 1st of the subsequent month. These bills will need to be cleared by the 10th of every month. E.g. if you run a bill of Rs. 500 for the month of September, Your bill will reach you by the first week of October and you will need to pay by the 10th of October. The liability of payment will rest with the member.
Is there a late fee or interest on delayed payment.
Yes, there is an interest on delayed payment. An interest of 15% per annum will be charged. The liability of payment totally rests with the member.
What if I run out of my credit limit of Rs. 3000/- before completing a month?
In case your bill exceeds Rs. 3000/- , the club employees will inform you of the same. You will have an option of depositing the amount or extending the amount by paying cash to the club cashier.
What if my credit limit expires during my current usage?
You will need to get your limit extended by paying cash to the club cashier.
Is the limit of Rs. 3000/- only my limit or my dependants also?
The limit of Rs. 3000/- is a combined limit for a membership. Even if the dependant member uses his or her card for payment the credit limit of Rs. 3000/- will come down for all members using the membership by the amount used up.
