- All members are requested to register themselves and their guests at the membership desk upon accessing the club
- Guests can only access the club if accompanied by a member.
- All members including dependants must carry the membership card at all times in the club.
- Members will need to be dressed in Smart casuals. No chappals/ sandals of any kind are permitted in any area.
- The club management reserves to itself the absolute right to admission to any person in the club premises and to request any guest or any member to vacate the club premises at any moment without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest/s shall be bound to do so.
- Children are not allowed in the bar
- Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the club property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible for.
- Guests are requested to observe the government rules and regulations from time to time in respect of alcoholic drinks, firearms, club policies etc.
- The club management reserves the right to terminate the membership of the member if the management feels that the conduct of the member has not been in accordance to the club’s ideology. Such termination will take place without assigning any reason whatsoever.
- Payments for all recreational facilities need to be made in advance before the usage of the activity.
- Outside drinks and eatables are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- At the billiards and Pool table, the safety of the beige cloth is entirely the responsibility of the member playing on the Billiards/ Pool table. Any scratch or damage will result in the complete replacement of the cloth and the member shall be charged the price of the cloth as well as the installation charge.
- The liability of clearing the bills including the monthly subscription fees, club usage facility charges and outstanding payments is a complete responsibility of the member. Any delay in the payment can result in the money being reclaimed from the membership deposit. 15% Per annum will be the interest charged on delayed payments.
- No pets are allowed inside the club premises
- The Ashiana Gymkhana provides several activities for entertainment and enjoyment of its guests. Those who participate in its activities (without restricting the generality of the unseen) acknowledge and accept that by the very nature of such activities it is possible that injuries may occour without any negligence on the part of the club and its employees. Consequently in acknowledgement of the unforeseen, the club member and his / her dependents hereby discharges and holds the club and its employees free and harmless from all claims, demands, action and/or damage suffered by the member’s participation of such activities.
- The management reserves the right to add or alter or amend any of the terms conditions or rules.
